Q. Where do I get a claim number?

A. Claim numbers are issued by the insurance company at the time you report the accident.

Q. Do I have to get more than one estimate?

A. No. You are not required to obtain more than one estimate from the shop of your choice.

Q. Can I take my car where I want to have it repaired?

A. As the vehicle owner you have the right to choose where you want your vehicle repaired.

Q. Do you have towing available?

A. Yes. If you need to have your vehicle towed to us just let us know and we will arrange the towing.

Q. Can I have other repairs done while my vehicle is at your shop?

A. Yes, just let the estimator know what additional work you would like done so arrangements can be made.

Q. How long will the repairs take?

A. When you are given an estimate on the repairs we will also give an approximate repair time. However, damage is often hidden and not discovered until the vehicle has been disassembled. In this case your estimate will be revised and you will be informed of any additional time requirements.
